Morgan1.jpg SET OF TWO FRAMED NAUTICAL PRINTS BY D. MORGAN!

This is a set of two framed nautical prints featuring lighthouses by the nationally acclaimed artist D. Morgan. This great looking set of prints features very nicely carved wood frames with glass fronts. The frames are painted a medium to dark blue nautical color. The double matting is a light cream color layered over the same nautical blue as the wooden frame. The frames have a few small dings that are barely noticeable while the prints are in excellent condition. The backs are covered in brown paper with a single alligator style mounting clip plus a wire hanger. There are a couple small tears in some of the brown backing but it does not impact the piece.  Each piece measures 11" x 16" x 1" deep.

Both prints have a saying printed circling the top of the lighthouse. The first print (lighthouse with blue stripe running beneath port hole window) has a saying of "Linger by the sea, where worldly cares are few” and is dated 1996. The second print (sold white lighthouse with red top) has a saying of "From far away, a friendly light" and is dated 1994. They were painted to appear as double-matted, however, the light house and shoreline as well as the sky are painted inside and outside of the inner printed "matting".

Nancy1.jpg NANCY NOEL HAND SIGNED AND NUMBERED LIMITED EDITION FRAMED LITHOGRAPH ON PAPER ENTITLED “ASHLEY”!

This is an absolutely beautiful framed print by world renowned artist, Nancy Noël. The painting is entitled “Ashley.” This piece is a limited edition lithograph on paper that has been numbered 612/750, titled, and signed in pencil by Nancy Noël. The print measures 31” x 22 1/2” and is displayed within white matting and a beautiful white frame behind glass. The piece has been professionally framed and includes a brief bio and information on the gallery on the backing of the frame. The frame measures 40 1/2” x 32”. Photographs cannot capture the beauty of this piece!

Art heals, informs, transforms and inspires. Nancy Noël, a philanthropist and painter, is also a visionary. She captures the essence of her subjects, depicting them with reverence which quiets the mind and comforts the heart. Noël's timeless paintings describe a world both natural and mystical, with a finesse that speaks directly to the soul. Sensitive portraits of animals and Amish children made Noël a household name. The intimacy of the Amish children portrayed is not seen in mainstreamed American culture. In contrast, the African series demonstrates a unique versatility bringing us face to face with the haunting charisma of a diminishing culture. At the same time, Nancy's angelic messengers float ethereally on canvas, all asking the viewer to see beyond the painting into another dimension; encouraging us closer to our divinity in celebration of who we are.
